Sara is a Associate Financial Representative with Adam L. Way. She has recently become a member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. (NAIFA).  Sara is responsible for preparing all of the presentation materials that are used in each meeting and personally helping our clients achieve their personal, business, and financial goals. She has been working with Adam since June of 2008.

Sara is a recent graduate from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and she graduated with a degree in Sports Health and Wellness. She enjoys many outdoor activities and loves spending time with her family and friends here and back in her hometown of Rifle Co.

Tina is an Associate Financial Representative with Adam L. Way.  Tina is responsible for providing insurance related services, status on underwriting of insurance products, scheduling appointments and insurance exams, handling questions about processing new insurance applications, updating client information, public relations and coordinating speaking engagements.  Before coming to work for Adam, Tina was a finance manager at a local auto dealership for 2 ½ years.  She is knowledgeable in techniques to build your credit and better financial relationships. 

Tina Enjoys spending time with her husband Jim and their 3 kids, Colby, Kiley and Drew.  Together they enjoy participating in and watching motocross, walking, running and bicycling.  Tina loves playing sports such as Lacrosse and Soccer.  As a family they love spending time out side and working on cars and bikes.  Colorado is a big change from the small town Tina grew up in, in Vermont.  Since 2001 when she moved here it has really grown on her!

Aaron is the Education and Training Guru for Adam L. Way.  He helps out the team by staying current on technology- related items.

Esther recently joined the team at Adam L. Way. She assists with client service and data
management, and is enjoying learning the process of financial advising.

Esther graduated from The King’s College in New York City with a degree in Politics,
Philosophy, and Economics. She loves drawing, having adventures, and spending
time with her family here in Colorado Springs. She also enjoys reading Flannery
O’Connor, watching old movies, and listening to doo-wop.
