Adam is a member of  the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

The mission of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors is to advocate for a positive legislative and regulatory environment, enhance business and professional skills, and promote the ethical conduct of our members.

NAIFA is a national nonprofit organization representing the interests of more than 70,000 insurance and financial advisors nationwide, through its federation of over 900 state and local associations. Founded in 1890, NAIFA is the nation's largest financial services membership association.

Adam Way is a 2008  National Quality Award   2006-2009
NQA was created in 1944; the NQA recognizes agents whose persistency records indicate competence and dedication to the insurance industry and their clients. Agents who win this award have tangible evidence signifying that the products they sell will meet the client's needs.

Adam is also a 2009 qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (2006-2009). MDRT is The Premier Association of Financial Professionals.

Founded in 1927, MDRT provides its members with resources to improve their technical knowledge, sales and client service while maintaining a culture of high ethical standards.

Adam has also received the National Sales Achievement Award   2006-2009 

NSAA- created in 1966, the NSAA recognizes local association members who write large numbers of life and health insurance policies, thereby demonstrating their abilities in client building and their success as an insurance agent.

Adam is also an Ambassador club type for IFAPAC(NAIFA).

The Insurance and Financial Advisors Political Action Committee (IFAPAC) is a term used to describe collectively the PAC sponsored by NAIFA at the federal level and the PACs sponsored by each state association. Each PAC is a fund that supports the campaigns of candidates for public office who understand issues important to insurance agents and financial advisors. IFAPAC's goal is to help the associations advance the legislative and regulatory interests of the members of NAIFA. Of approximately 3,700 political action committees registered with the Federal Election Commission, IFAPAC ranks in the top 1 percent. .
